Harvey Cycle Maps
Harveys make very detailed and useful maps. Most are for walking but there are some specifically for cycling. They are really very good.

- The Yorkshire Dales for Cyclists
- The Pennine Bridleway South
I have personally used the Yorkshire Dales for Cyclists map for cycle-touring, and I thoroughly recommend it.
